Gail McGrew – Founder and President
Day to day, Gail serves as Director of Public Relations & Media Relations and works with clients to develop their brand positioning and company messages. Gail has worked in B2B marketing and PR for more than 18 years, and has conducted a wide variety of campaigns for companies in the technology, life sciences, healthcare IT, education, professional services, and other industries.
Before founding McGrew Marketing, Gail held senior marketing and public relations positions at Edelman Worldwide, RMR & Associates, and Cyntergy Corporation. She has been published in a number of business publications and also speaks on a variety of marketing and public relations topics and issues. She holds an undergraduate degree from Connecticut College and a graduate degree from Johns Hopkins University.

Damon Tribble – Creative Director, Web and Interactive Services
Damon designs and integrates all things web: sites, web application/UI design, presentations, demonstrations, e-newsletters, emails, blogs, and banners. His CSS-driven sites include any and all types of functionality and languages including Flash, JavaScript, jQuery, and AJAX. His engaging, eye-catching site design always emphasizes usability and web standards. Damon works with a team of programmers to code and test his sites. Damon has worked in web design for more than ten years and began web design at SBC Pacific Bell. He studied web design in the Multimedia Studies Program at San Francisco State University.
Jim Thomas – Creative Director
Jim develops and manages integrated advertising and marketing campaigns, strategic branding and visual solutions that feature engaging design across all types of space. Jim has worked in marketing, art direction, and creative design for more than 25 years for a wide array of clients and companies in the technology, life & health sciences, financial services, professional services, consumer, retail and many other industries. Jim started his career in 1985 as an account representative at Gunn-Dawson, Inc. He has received numerous national and regional awards for creative and design excellence and strategic branding. Over the years he has guest lectured at a number of regional universities on marketing and creative design. Jim is also highly experienced in video and audio production for both the web and broadcast. Jim has a degree in graphic design from Marywood University.
Bill Milnazik – Creative Director
Bill develops integrated marketing campaigns, strategic branding, and visual solutions for lead generation programs, product launches, print and online advertising, e- and direct mail, corporate identity, displays, and packaging solutions. Bill has worked in creative and visual design for more than 25 years and is experienced in all facets of creative design and campaign development. Bill has worked with clients in the technology, professional services, life & health sciences, consumer and many other industries. Bill started his career in 1980 as a creative designer at Mueller & Wister, Inc. He has received numerous national and regional awards for creative and design excellence and strategic branding campaigns. Bill holds a BFA in Design/Illustration from Temple University as well as a degree from the Tyler School of Art.
Krista Lesjack – Graphic Designer
Krista has worked with Jim Thomas as a graphic designer since 2001. She works closely with Jim on execution of creative strategy and focuses on the visual development of projects to ensure the quality and integrity of every design and all creative. Krista combines artistic and technical skills to insure a client’s vision is properly translated and reproduced across a variety of visual media. Krista’s work has been featured in both national and regional publications. She is a graduate of the Art Institute of Philadelphia.
